What you'll need to submit your claim
The following information may help support your claim:
- Dates of the incident or event
- The location/address where the incident occurred
- A description of the incident
- Details of what you are claiming including receipts/repair reports/quotes and any other independent documentation that you already have to support your claim
- Itemised lists and approximate values of any damaged items
- Vehicle registration details
You will need to register for an Ausgrid Customer Portal account. This will allow you to log in and submit your claim, and check on any progress updates.
