The Ausgrid Customer Portal provides the ability to log and track progress of an enquiry, claim or complaint. The portal also provides a range of services for Accredited Service Providers (ASPs).
When you submit a registration request we will send you an account activation email. You will need to click the activation link to activate your account. The link is valid for 60 minutes. After this time you will need to re-register to generate another activation email.
If you can’t find an activation email from Ausgrid Customer Team in your inbox, check your junk mail folder.

ASP/3 access to Connection Projects in the Customer Portal is provided when an ASP/3 individual is authorised by Ausgrid. Upon successful authorisation we will use the details you provided to create your portal profile, and send you an email invitation to access your Connection Projects. Upon receipt of your invitation you can set up your username and password.
