Ausgrid has published its annual Electricity Network Safety Management System performance report which outlines the activities that Ausgrid is doing to improve safety across the network including the management of bushfire risk.
This report outlines annual performance and bushfire preparedness under Ausgrid’s Electricity Network Safety Management System (ENSMS). It summarises key incidents, including major incidents, asset failures, and vegetation contacts, with associated data. The report also covers reliability, inspections, risk treatments, and audits. Additionally, it details bushfire risk management and pre-summer preparedness, including inspections and actions in bushfire-prone areas.

We continue to remind the community they need to always stay at least 8 metres away from any fallen powerlines, always assume they are live and report any potential hazards to Ausgrid on 13 13 88.
